Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

This policy explains how Lifehampers Global Consults (“Lifehampers AI”, “we”) collects and uses personal data through ai.lifehampers.com and the AI assistants we build for clients. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the General Application and Implementation Directive (GAID) 2025 issued by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

1. Who we are

Lifehampers Global Consults, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. Contact: info@lifehampers.com or +234 807 221 2214.

2. Data we collect on this website

  • Forms (free AI audit, founding offer, contact): your name, business name, industry, phone, email and what you tell us about your business.
  • Live demo: the messages you type, used only to generate replies and kept in summary statistics. Please do not type real personal or health details into the demo.
  • Technical data: your IP address, used for security and to limit abuse, and essential cookies that keep the site working and remember your cookie choice.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare your audit or proposal (steps before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding).
  • To deliver services you have signed up for (contract).
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam (legitimate interest).
  • To send you occasional updates, only if you agree (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business: our web host, HubSpot (customer records), Brevo (email), Google (AI processing through the Gemini API, and workspace tools), Meta (WhatsApp Business) and Paystack (payments). Some of these providers process data outside Nigeria. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards allowed by the NDPA, such as contractual protections. We never sell your personal data.

5. AI assistants we build for clients

When we run an AI assistant for a client business, that business is the data controller for its customers’ data and we act as its data processor under a written data processing agreement. Customers of that business should contact the business first about their data. The assistant tells customers it is an AI and offers a person on request.

6. How long we keep data

Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records are kept for the length of the contract and up to 6 years after for tax and legal reasons. Demo messages are not stored beyond what is needed to reply.

7. Your rights

Under the NDPA you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email info@lifehampers.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect.

9. Changes

We will update this page if our practices change and show the new date at the top.
