How we work
We build every assistant around information you approve, test it with your team before launch, and keep a person in charge of anything that matters.
The process
We look at how customers reach you and which questions eat your team's time. You get a written plan within one working day.
We collect your prices, hours, policies and common questions, then write the answers and handover rules with you.
Your team tries to break it. Nothing goes live until you approve the answers.
We watch the first weeks closely, then review chats every month and update what changed.
Safety rules
It introduces itself as your AI assistant. Customers can ask for a person at any time.
It answers from the information you approve, and says so when it does not know rather than guessing.
Complaints, emergencies, refunds, negotiation and anything sensitive go straight to your staff.
Promotional messages are sent only to customers who agreed to receive them, with an easy way to stop.
Compliance
We set up each project in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the GAID 2025 guidance from the NDPC, and we follow the FCCPC’s consumer protection rules, including its draft guidance on AI in advertising.
This is practical help, not legal advice. For complex cases we recommend speaking with a data protection lawyer or a licensed DPCO.
Data handling
| What | Where it is kept | Who sees it |
|---|---|---|
| Your business information | The assistant's knowledge base on our secure systems | Our team and the AI model when answering |
| Customer chats | WhatsApp and your shared inbox | Your staff, and our team for monthly reviews |
| Booking and lead details | Your Google Sheet, calendar or CRM | Your staff |
| Payments | Paystack or your bank | Never stored by the assistant |
Tell us how customers reach you today. We reply within one working day with the three tasks AI can take off your team, and what it would cost.
